Commercial Use
You may display pictures on any of your commercial media (i.e. website, brochure, DVD/CD-ROM) provided you are offering or advertising HSB services. Pictures must be displayed before, next, or below offered/advertised HSB services.
If you offer or advertise HSB services on any of your commercial media, you may display pictures marked with “Courtesy of Helicopter Services Boston” if such pictures are not displayed in conjunction with an HSB service.
Private Use for Public Display
You may display pictures on any non-commercial media (i.e. internet, private website, phone, paper) as long as pictures are marked with “Courtesy of Helicopter Services Boston” AND either HSB website, www.bostonhelicopter.com, or HSB phone number, 1-866-500-4354, is displayed above, in, next, or below the picture.
Any other use
Pictures may not be copied, printed, or passed on in any other form to other users, unless approved by HSB.
Pictures for sale
Pictures may not be sold in any form (i.e. in street, in store, internet, eBay, auctions), unless specifically authorized by HSB. Please contact HSB for details.
